Recently I dug this spare out to reply to a want ad here.
It didn't work out so I am offering it up to someone who could use it.
The bracket is for the rear license plate on 1968 1969 1970 B Bodies except the Dodge Chargers.
It has a nice galvanized look and is not all bent up.
It retains it's original THICK nylon grommets and 2 original style mounting screws.
It does need to have 1 of the mounting studs repaired.
The price is $50.00 plus shipping for 46391.
