1968 & 1969 B body Steering Wheels

Well I need some help. I was wondering if someone could tell me the width (diameter) of the stock steering wheels on 1968 & 1969 B bodies please?
Also if the spline size and or count has changed at all between pre '70 and after when the ignition was mounted in the steering column. I know the size of the steering column changed obviously but did the spline for the steering column remain the same?
I have to go to work but I will check back for a response (hopefully) when I return tomorrow.

If you have manual steering, I strongly recommend this one.....

Wheel diameter is 16"; dish is 5" deep on the 3 spoke plastic wheel. I don't know abut the spline count.
