Hello all. First post here.

Having wanted a Road Runner for the majority of my adult life, I've finally decided I'm in a position to pursue it. The problem is...I can't seem to get a grasp on the market for these cars. It looks like they are bringing huge amounts of money and even in really bad shape, people are wanting 15-20k for them.

Well my budget is 15-20k and the experts and blue books are telling me I should be able to get a decent condition original 383 for around that. So I figured I'd throw a line out here and see what I can do.

Must Have:
-Has to be a 4 speed.
-Has to be MOSTLY original.
-Has to be an original Road Runner w/ proper fender tags, vin plate, etc.
-Clear title
-You're ok with allowing an inspector to look at it.
-Has to be decently running. I dont mind a tune up or other minor things but I dont want something that is a basket case.

Prefer:
-#'s matching motor. If its year or maybe even era specific, I can work with that.
- Orange or Blue in color.

Thats it folks. Budget is around 15-20k. Please let me know if you have something you'd be interested in selling.

Thanks in advance.
