These don’t come up in my neck of the woods very often - are prices really that high for a running/driving example? It’s nice the original engine/drivetrain is included (although he calls it a ‘posi’) and it’s originally PP1 red, which is a nice change.

$32k doesn't get you much in a 68 Charger
seen better for less, but they are ridiculously priced today
it's not pre 2007 anymore

seems overpriced, even for a running driving 68 Charger (non-R/T)
that needs everything restored
 
For what it's worth, I contacted the seller to get an idea what I should set replacement value for insurance on my car - which is in similar condition, though the engine is rebuilt and it's a four speed - and he said he got 28k for his.
