I'm having issues with the steering column collar(s) on my floor shift 68 Charger. I changed the steering wheel out for an original wood grain one, and when I was "done", the collar that houses the turn signal mechanism was LOOSE. So loose that when I would go to use the turn signal while driving, the entire collar would rotate about 2 inches in either direction. I moved around the other collar and I think I made it worse! I can't figure out how these collars fit together, and what prevents them from rotating freely. Please help?
