Motor is built well over 500 H.P
Aluminum Heads, six pack carbs with Aluminum intake, Headers, and MSD ignition.
Soda blasted and Rotisserie restored 12 years ago in Scotsdale, AZ. and recently re-painted 2 years ago with all glass removed, painted door frames, new rubber seals throughout car, new windshield, with a total interior restoration.
Dash frame removed, painted and all gauges restored or replaced. New under dash wiring, dash pad,
LED bulbs, factory AM radio works very well, new speaker, 150 sweep non-Rallye dash with Tachometer.
Car is 100% factory inside and out with new wheel lip, Rocker, and sill moldings. All R/T badges are in excellent shape.
The only non-factory appearance would be the painted six pack hood and the six pack carbs and air cleaner.
Car retains its original motor and fender tag.
It was painted the 1968 AMC Hornet green color in the Rotisserie restore 12 years ago, and I retained the color on the re-paint (PPG) because of how nice the color is, and the GG1 Green is a little bit of a non-bright color. Also due to all under the hood, doorframes, and trunk was all taken to bare metal on the rotisserie restore and applied the new color.
There was also the color change to the interior from the dark green to black, which is 100% complete, with my recent interior restore. New headliner, new carpet, black painted door frames, new package tray, new door panels, new console, new dash pads, Rally woodgrain steering wheel, and dash restore.
This car rides amazing and is ready for summertime cruising, street brawling, drag racing, or show car season. It is a good car to hold and increase in value in the coming years, and is a safe bet for any collector new or old to keep their money safe and enjoyed.
The car is located in SE PA and the selling price is 58K.
I would consider trade on a wide body Demon, Hellcat, or 70-72 Roadrunner.
If you prefer without the 6 pack set-up, I can reduce price $3000, and stick a 4 barrel on it.
