Welp...this is a bummer..
Like life, timing is everything. I recently got an opportunity overseas that I am unable to turn down. This means I have to let go of this beautiful car that I recently purchased. I had big plans for this car but shes got to go. I don't have my parking here in San Francisco anymore but its parked at my parents in the city.
Clean Title on hand
Factory 318 engine
Over 20k invested with receipts
No rust
Willwoods on 4 corners
American racing wheels
Original dash shows 58,XXXk miles, vehicle has a digital dash now($$$).

There is also minor coolant seepage from the aluminum radiator after the engine gets to operating temp and cools down. There is no overheating issue. Temperature barely goes over 190 degrees.
I have it on the local adds for 9,800 or best offer but willing to work with a forum member for a great price.
No smog required for sale here in CA. Hoping to find a local buyer.
