1968 Plymouth GTX
Built October, 1967
440, mild cam. Runs EXCELLENT.
Auto , A/C , PDB
121,000 miles
Mostly original
New upholstery and carpet.
No fender tag or build sheet. It is an RS23 VIN GTX.
Trans and rearend numbers match, motor is a bit of a mystery in that it was casted 2 weeks before build yet is not numbered.
This car is a 10 footer. It had a cheap repaint over the stock burgundy about 8 years ago. It's shiny and the paint is solid but not a great job. It also has it's share of dings.
It is a great candidate to drive and tinker with as is or restore. I don't believe it has ever been apart other than the motor, trans and rear being rebuilt over the course of the last 8 years. All undercoating is intact.
It doesn't smoke, shifts well, drives straight and stops like it should.
$15,950
All offers considered. It MUST go!
