Thinking of get a set of Paintable sport mirrors for 68 GTX and painting them the same color as car. Does anyone know of a sport mirror which will fit the door frame?

do you have the length and width of the bases? THe base may be too wide for the door frame but i need the dimensions to confirm
Those will go on your door in the same screw holes.
A word of caution, the glass is small and it cuts down what you see on the mirror. I tried them on a B body and didn’t like how small they are for visibility.

Those A-body sport mirrors were also used on '70 B-bodies. They will fit right onto any '68-'70.
