I'm selling my 1968 Plymouth Road Runner with 64,000 original miles. This is a matching numbers car with the original 383, 4 speed transmission and 3.55 sure grip rear end. This California car retains about 85% of the original Alpine White exterior paint and factory Red pin stripe, and has Black and Silver interior. It comes with the original Broadcast sheet and Fender tag and clear title. The radiator support number and the trunk rail number both match the sequence number on the broadcast sheet and fender tag. Some additional options from the Broadcast sheet include power steering, 3 speed wiper motor, heavy duty battery, and rear bumper guards. Car still retains the original 2863215 fan and 2806070 fan clutch, 1968 AM radio (needs speaker), factory in dash tachometer that works, the 14" steel wheels and bumper jack. Car runs and drives and will need some rust repair (around lower rear window, in trunk, one spot on each rocker & under battery tray), body and paint, a new windshield, & interior work (I have new OER Black carpet that goes with the car).
The following parts are new;
P215/70R14 tires, Spectra gas tank, SS gas tank sending unit, Fuel pump/filter, 26" Aluminum radiator, Clutch & Pressure plate, Water pump, Aluminized Drivers side head pipe with Walker muffler and both muffler hangers, windshield washer bottle, Rear 11" Brakes and wheel cylinders, axle seals, front brakes are excellent with low mileage, rear shock absorbers, Fresh tune-up with plugs, wires, coil, points, condenser, Tan distributor cap, ballast resistor, voltage regulator and a Rebuild TRW Power steering Pump and alternator.
Decoding of Fender Tag- M6= Driver’s remote mirror, A1= 26” Radiator Maximum Cooling, C4= Heavy duty suspension with sway bar, R1= AM Radio, T7= Tachometer,
X2 = Tinted Windshield, 25= Drip Mouldings, 68= 3.55 Sure Grip, D4S= Black/Silver
WW1= White paint, UB= Buffed paint, SH= Red Horizontal Stripe, 62= 383 4bbl High Performance engine, 3= 4 speed transmission, 44= F70x14 Red Sidewall Tires. $19,500 OBO

Hello, the car is located in Southern California about 30 minutes from downtown Los Angeles. Attached is the photo of the rust at the rear window. Let me know if you need more info.

Now THAT'S how to present a car for sale. No B.S.Excellent info provided and a honest representation of condition. Wish I was in the market, I'd buy it!

thanks.
So the inner fender and radiator support on the driversside is straight without any signs of an accident?
No wrinkles anywhere?

Could you post a pic of the fender tag?

thanks.
