(1) insert from a '68 Roadrunner or GTX. This particular one came from a '68 GTX, but should fit a Roadrunner as well. Not sure if it will fit a '69 too. It is for the LH side, as evidenced by the part # in the picture. The crack is in the plastic piece underneath, not in the actual metal part of the insert.
