This is a 1968 to 1969 Upper Shoulder Belt Holder.
It is stamped 8L which I believe would be the left side.
It is in decent condition, but could use a cleanup. It's
off of a B-Body, but may also be correct for other years
and models. $15.00. Local pickup, or buyer pays shipping.
