1969 b body electrical

Hi

I had a mess of wiring under dash when i got car. Cleaned it all up. got it all back to stock.
I must be missing a main ground wire under dash to steering column

when i turn on light the tach drops
when i turn on blinkers , they work but the tach will bounce with blinking light
the wipers dont work and if i mess with switch they will come on for a second and go off

I thin its a ground issue

any suggestions

I believe it could be two different problems. The turn signals and headlights are somehow back feeding into the tach wire and the wiper switch could have a loose connection. I suggest getting a good wiring diagram and double checking everything under the dash.
