I am looking for the jack hold down stem (may not be the correct term) and wing nut to secure spare and jack.

Easiest way is to click on the poster's name (under their avatar picture) and a new dialogue box will popup, then click on "start a conversation" directly. Private Message will be just between you two.

If you go to your Inbox method you will have to remember/find the person's screen name or refind the thread.
