1969 charger 8 3/4 rear

I am new to the forum and have a question.

Will a 8 3/4 rear from a 1968 Road Runner fit a 1969 Charger without any modifications (changing of the mounts/purches etc.)?????

I say YES.
I think that the 68 and 69 rears are the same length. This may sound stupid but measure each one. Inside to inside should be around 59 1/2 and perches 44 1/4. They didn't change the length of the 8 3/4 until 71. I hope someone that really knows gives you some input because I am going off of memory.
