1969 charger electrical problem,help !

cant get power to crank motor over,battery is fine,some melted wires under dash ?had a little flash,spark under dash last year.wiring harness problem ? all lights to rear of car work fine.replaced pins in middlle plug on firewall.put in new ballast,new starter relay,that got hot quick,nothing seems to work,getting frustrated.gonna try a new ignition switch next,any other ideas please let me know.

Is there any power to the starter. Coming off the relay Maybe bad ground

IMO get a new under dash harness, thos melted wires would be causing some problems, if electrical problems usually relates to a bad connection or bad earth. start fresh
