1969 Charger Quarter End Caps and Tail light panel Removal

Beginning to take the rear of my 69 charger apart. Thought id start with the quarter panel end caps or “extensions?” Then tail light panel for the moment. Best way how do you remove the end caps? Then after same with the tail light panel? Thank you!

The end caps have 3 nuts on the back side
Just look up inside the trunk

Tail light panel is spot welded into place.
