I am rewiring my 1969 Coronet with a Autowire Power Plus 20 wiring harness. For the most part I have had no issues wiring the car by using the 1969 Mopar wiring schematic and the Autowire Guide.

I am stuck on rewiring the steering column. I have everything wired like it should be but the turn signals are not initiating the blinkers. I can put the hazard power straight to each blinker and they all work.

Instead of the original hazard signal I am using a DPST toggle switch.

What I am wondering is on the brakes, there was originally a white and pink cable. I cant recall if the pink was closer to the driver or the firewall?

According to the autowire documentation and the original wiring:
I will have hazard feed, right front blinker, left front blinker, and a brake switch feed going from the hazard switch to the steering column connector.

It looks like the front right (brown) and front left (Lt Green) wires will be combined with another wire with the same color to each.

The other thing I cant figure out is where will the white and pink brake wires hook too?

All the blikers are working had the ignition wire in wring place. Still cant recall how to wire the brakes white to steering column but not sure on the pink

According to the diagram the pink wire is common to the emergency flasher and the brake light switch.
The white wire goes from the other post on the brake light switch to the directional signal switch connector pin 7.
If by chance you are talking about a "tan" wire, that wire goes from the directional signal switch connector pin 3, to the flasher, to pin 10 of the dash connector (right turn indicator) and to the front right turn signal element via bulkhead connector 3, pin "V".

Hope this helps, I used the American Autowire universal harness and just elected to use the supplied connector but here's the configuration at least on a 69 Charger.

The steering column wires.

The American Autowire Harness. My hazards are on the dash, I used a Ron Francis Hazzard switch that just requires splicing into the turn signal wires.
