We were converting this to a custom street car with a 408ci / 485hp engine with a 6-sp Tremec DO Transmission, a wishbone front suspension with a 4 link rear.
However, due to health issues, the car was put into storage where, it was unknowingly stored at a construction yard, where it picked up some surface rust.
The body work was totally completed and ready for paint.
The engine was also put into storage and never used but upon internal inspection we found some slight rust so we replaced those parts. The oil pressure is 80psi cold.
The transmission includes brand new clutch and race quality bellhousing. The transmission was also exposed to moisture. The condition of internal parts is unknown however the input shaft turns freely.
