Finally got around to mounting my fuse box which has been hanging under the dash for way too long. The old glove box compartment was all gone when I bought the car, so I ordered another one and installed it. I remember I had some problem back then with an annoying cardboard piece sticking out in the back with no function whatsoever. Anyway, after trying to get the location right I'm beginning to suspect I ordered the wrong glove box. In the middle of the access door is the mounting bracket for the fuse box, and I feel more confused than Biden on a good day.

Anyone have any idea?

That looks similar to my 1970 Charger design. I don't know if the 1969 cars had the fuse box in the same place.

That looks like the correct 69 GB liner to me. The 70 liner has a removable FB cover. The 69 folds down like that. The fuse box mounts on the black bracket in middle of square opening. It mounts behind the bracket....not in front. The screw goes through bracket and into plastic fuse box.

That whole top hinge door design is terrible as well.

Better late then never, here's how it will end up if I bolt it, no access to the fuses at all.

Doesn't that flap lift up for fuse access? If not, trim the sides so it will.
