Came out of a low mileage 1969 GTX and is correct for 69. Crack in the top right hole of hockey stick (further down is not a hole, that's where the black paint wore through) and top right of radio bezel. Might shine up with a good polishing and bright work could use refinishing or as is for a driver.
The holes should be covered by the dash trim anyway.
