Hello everyone. Hope you projects are going good, and those with finished cars are having fun with them this summer! In Michigan, Dream Cruise coming up. I have a 1969 RR with an air grabber fresh air system. I am at the point in this restoration where Iam trying to attach the the 2 cables to the fresh air grabber under the hood. As you are all aware this system has two cables: one which goes inside the car which the driver uses to open and close the air ducts; and one cable under the hood which acts to open both vents at the same time. Does anyone have any pictures of how these two cables are install under the hood? I note that on the grabber unit under the hood their are two attachment points for the two cables. Iam trying to learn which cable goes where, and how they work together. Thanks for your help! Wild Bill

here is a pic of an original I took off. the cable going inside the car would hook up on the lower tab shown on the left and slide on the same rod as the short cable. they are held on with a push on lock nut/washer (or whatever they call it)
