New to Mopars I have a 69 GTX I purchased car is complete painted but in pieces. I sent out a bunch of Chrome body moldings to get polished and trying to figure out where they go it seems like I have enough moldings for 2 or 3 cars any info or pics would be greatly appreciated, I apologize if this is not the correct place to post this, this is my first post, Thanks

The '69 GTX has a complex series of trim pieces that are unique to the model year. If you have all of them intact, you are a lucky guy. Reproductions are available, but the originals are impossible to find. The car uses five horizontal pieces on each side, in addition to the wheel well trim, all of them different lengths. I hope you hit a home run, and have everything you need. Picture shows my current car when it was new, with all the original factory pieces in place. The cars came from the factory with wire spring clips to anchor the trim, reproductions come with plastic tabs. The grill features two horizontal pieces made of anodized aluminum, and these are hard to find without dents. the windshield, rear window, and drip rail moldings are stainless steel.
