I have a 1969 Plymouth Road Runner for sale. The car is located in Alabama and is in rough condition but is restorable. I was going to restore the car "one day" but with my other project cars awaiting to be built, I realize that it's best to just sell it to someone who will restore it or could use the parts from it.
I priced some sheet metal (fenders, floors, etc) for the car from AMD and estimated that it would cost about $4000 to replace the damaged fenders, floor pan, trunk pan, etc.
Althought the car is rough, there are a lot of good parts on it if someone is looking for parts. Bumpers, hood, trans, trunk lid, roof, etc. However, I AM NOT interested in parting it out. I need to make room in my garage so the car has to go.
Condition of the car: The A833 trans is still there connected to the 383 that doesn't run. The engine is comlete but not running, the oil pan has rusted out so its a chance that the engine has gotten water in it over the years of sitting in the elements but there are good original parts on the engine. The roof of the car is perfect with no dents, the hood is a 1968 hood. I have a set of good front and back seats that I bought for the car. The car is all there but it has dents and busted windows. I have about 3-4 seperate doors that will come with the car. The 8 3/4 rear end is a non posi replacemt with highway gears, may a 2.94 or something.
As I said earlier, the car has to go. There are more than $1500 worth of good parts on the car so this is not a bad deal for someone looking for parts or a project car. The car is in Talladega AL and I'll be back in town to sell it from the 5th till the 11th of OCT. If you are interested in the car, let me know.
