This car was built by my friend and neighbor. It started as a very solid low mile 6cyl stick car with factory air. He put it on a rotisserie and worked on it for several years. When he needed a hand I would help him. The 383 is pretty much stock with aluminum heads It’s .030 over stock pistons. The 4 speed was a rebuilt he bought from I think Brewers. He had it pretty much done and ready for paint when he had a stroke. The family had it painted and the fuel injection put on it. One of his sons was going to keep it but now they are selling it. I’m just putting it here in case there is any interest in it. They took it to this dealer to sell for them. They do have a binder of photos he took during the resto.

It was a quality restoration but in the video the guy said the interior is all new but it was actually the original interior. It was in really good shape. The guy that did it has done several mopar restorations through the years and he would not short change anything. The one he did before this was a 73 charger 400 4 speed car he got in chicago, you could see through the fenders. It came out beautiful [Black] 8 years later.

Are you acting as the go between on this sale? The contact person? If not it needs to be moved to a different forum.

Too bad they took it to a dealer. Would probably be a lot more attractive price if they didn't get the used car guys involved. Really neat car though.
