Looking for driver quality, no trailer queens. I would like a car I can enjoy while I continue to restore it or build an A12 tribute car out of. If I find an original Super Bee, it will be restored and driven. If it's a coronet/Super Bee tribute car, I will finish the car as an A12 tribute. The car absolutely must be solid. I do not want to spend a whole lot of money and time replacing panels. Interior, trim and paint should be the only areas that need attention and they are the only areas I am willing to overlook. Absolutely not concerned about matching numbers. Would also prefer a 4 speed car but automatic is fine as well.

Please let me know what you have or what you know may be out there. I am located in Vancouver, Canada. I do have enough CASH budgeted to have the car shipped (I work for a vehicle logistics company).

Thank you everyone for looking and helping me find my dream car!

We have an original 69 superbee we are selling . The car has been all redone . Their are few small things left to do. Things need done yet . The power steering needs bled , the carb needs rebuilt ( does run an drive ) , the washer bottel needs put on an sprayers . Other than that , the car is done . Has all new metal in it an new paint . It is a bahama blue an white inside ,with white tail strip. We have an offer of $ 25000.00 on the car, but the guy has not come with the money. That being said the first one with the money gets it. $ 25000.00 firm . If interested pm me . Thank you .

Are you locked in on the 69 model or would you consider a 70 six pack 4-speed coupe?

Thank you Dodgeman, but your price is out of my range.

Locked in on the '69's. One of my uncles owned a '70 and they are gorgeous, don't get me wrong. The big deal for me is, and it may sound like a minor detail but absolutely can't get over it....the ignition switching from the dash to the column in 1970.

I'm looking at a maximum of $20k for the car. I'm actually in a deal with an owner right now, just patiently waiting for my set of eyes to get there and look over the car for me. With shipping, fuel surcharges, taxes and brokerage fees the car will cost me approximately $25k total.

Found the car. Bought and paid for. $19,000USD and paid for the shipping on Friday afternoon. The car should be here by the end of the week (hopefully!).

How about whetting our appetite with some pictures to hold us over till the car arrives? Details, color??

What is a tribute car?

If you like the term "clone", which I don't, you can call a "tribute" car a clone.

I feel a tribute car is an actual Super Bee which has been transplanted with a 440 Six Pack and has the correct hood. A clone, in my eyes, is a coronet which has be re-badged (emblems and stripe, not VIN and fender tag) and transplanted but still looks close.

Re-body is something else entirely.

LOL

I should clarify:

If I hadn't already purchased this particular 'Bee I'd be interested in a "Six Pack" tribute car or original "driver quality" Super Bee.
