1970 charger 500 fender options?

I also read on another forum that 1969 charger front fenders would fit a 1970 charger 500. Any truth to this?

no 69 daytona use 70 charger fenders that may have lead to the misleading info you got but 70 chargers all take the same 70 fenders

Is there any modifications that can be done to make them Work together?

not unless you want to get the sawsall out. the front edge of the '68/'69 fenders have a curved edge, where the '70 has flat edge where the rubber strip goes between the bumper.

Oh ok I'd hate to hack up some new fenders like that, so I guess I will keep looking. Thanks for the information
