1970 Charger front Bumper Crooked

Hey guys got another. So my charger when i put my new bumper on it is slightly pointed back toward the hood. im showing a picture i found off the internet because im not at the shop right now. Its the same problem as mine but its stuck pointing down. My bumper pointing up Any ideas?

Yeah. Adjust it.
If the mounting holes for the brackets are slotted, it may be a simple matter of adjusting things. If they are not, you may need to "oval out/elongate" the holes.
Maybe the bumper is bent or the brackets are.
The brackets are slotted where they mount to the frame rail, this allows fore/aft adjustment but not a lot of up/down and certainly no tilt.
Dig in and look at it. People usually do this before paint to avoid the risk of scratches. After paint, you may need to wrap masking tape around the edges of the fenders to prevent damage.
