1970 Plymouth Roadrunner dash instrument bezel

can anyone help me with how these are properly fastened???..the screws i have go thru the holes completely therefore no way to attach it.....thx

The plastic trim bezel attaches to the cast cluster housing with screws from the back side. The entire cluster when assembled attaches to dash frame with 5 screws from front side. Your dash frame should have J clips in the attach locations.
