1970 Steering Column Lock Plate Removal

Trying to disassemble the steering column in my 1970 RR. The manual says to remove the pin, but mine doesn’t have a pin, it looks to be crimped on 4 sides.

Pry off the sleeve pin retainer.

Thanks, now I feel dumb, I’m gonna blame it on lack of sleep. For some reason I overlooked that and thought it was one piece
