1970s Flashback Pretty Kool

Yep the 70's were some pretty weird times. I think more people took acid then not. I mean just look at some of the **** we did.

everyone put there own personal touch on there cars...not one looks like the next..pretty cool to see so many on one page..reminds me of my dads old cars as i was growing up

That van was like way cool man! I remember those ***-in-the air days.

Thanks, Very cool, I spent way too much time there....

Good to see pics of cars from the days when cars were meant for driving and not as investments. :)

Thanks for the memory's! And i sure agree Bruzilla!

I'll bet I spent more time there than you. I'm going back now for me. How about that 70 'Cuda 6 pak clip!

I'm getting a real kick out of getting out in the driveway every weekend and modding the crap out of my Roadrunner. A guy who lives across and down the street had been working on fixing up an old MG, but since I've been working on the bird he's switched gears and is now working on a 73 Challenger he had tucked away in his garage. We share notes, tools, and tips and are looking forward to when two old Mopar guys will have a B and E body running together through the cruising areas bugging the import kids. :)

I couldn't help but think of him and I when I looked at those pictures because we're working to race and not to invest, and that's where the fun is. :)

That was a great post. You even have one of me in my yellow Cuda smokin the tires many years ago in high school. That brought back some memories.

i remember those days

Yep, Didn't look good to anyone unless up in the air, slanted down like a wedge.. it went well with bell bottoms though.. lol..

And knee-high athletic socks with three color bands going around the top! :)

I still like the look, as long as it's not too high. Makes for a mean look.

Love the pictures! Reminds me of when I was a young kid in the 70's and wishing I was 16 to have a car like that!
I am actually wanting to do that style with my 67 Charger.

It'll be back here in Florida once I get my new leaf springs and shackles on. ;)

yup alot people remember them days and some are just stuck there :headbang::grin:
