Hello everyone! I've been looking for a Road runner for quite some time now. I live in southern California, and wanting to spend around 6500-7k for the car. And preferably something in California. If someone can enlighten me on how the shipping processes works, I would be very grateful. Just looking for it to run solidly, straight body and decent Interior. If someone can give me an Idea on what I should get for this much would be very nice, Many thanks!

:thinker:...Hi...we bought our 1973 Roadrunner in November...have to say though we paid about twice the $ that you are willing to spend...do you plan to do some restore work yourself?...Marla

Yes, I do plan on restoring myself, just has to run is my only condition! That's a real nice one you got there. Do you reckon 7k will be enough?

:spider_3:$7,000.00?...maybe since you live in California you could get a nice one...lots of these cars are there...at least you have the option of driving around checking them out...here in the pacific northwest we are limited to what is available...or doing an ebay bid thing where if you win you have to hope for the best that you are not getting ripped off....Marla

There's a driving 318 car down here for $2500, but the guy won't answer his email and doesn't give a phone #.

There was a 340 car near me on CL for several months.
Disassembled, but supposedly complete- $1200.

You CAN get a good driver for $5-8K if you look long and hard enough.

I've been looking around for some time now. I've seen some Mopar sold for around this price range, not showroom cars or restored, but they ran, and were pretty decent. Many thanks for your replies!
