Hi all. I rented a car trailer a while back and it was too short for the charger. I'm looking at buying a used one, and was wondering what length and width you all recommend for easy loading. Will be a bumper pull. Thanks in advance for your help, as always.

Open trailer and that body style , 18ft at a minimum,

I think a 20ft would be better. That way you can move the car around to where it pulls the best

IMO

Thanks GTX. I had assumed the one I'd rented would've worked, but it was too short and barely wide enough.

I have an 18’ aluminum that I tow my 71 with. It fits just fine and tows great. If it wasn’t for the stone guard it could go another foot forward.
