I am restoring a '71 Charger, and by restoration, I mean reassembling the car and attempting to correctly paint the majority of body parts the same color as came from the factory as well as using the proper mounting hardware. The car is not a numbers matching car, so I am not getting hung up on the exact hose clamps, proper overspray patterns, chalk marks or date-coded things but would at least like things to appear somewhat correct. The car is 100% rust free original sheet metal that was stripped, primed, epoxy primed and had a single stage protective coat sprayed over the entire car when the PO painted the engine bay, door jambs, etc. The PO also meticulously disassembled the car and reconditioned the majority of components. Unfortunately, a lot of the hardware and screws didn't make it to me and most that did were painted black.
First off, starting at the front:
Battery tray and mounting bolt colors (currently missing)
Headlight bracket and mounting bolt colors (currently black)
Hood latch mechanism (currently Silver)
