I am listing this for a friend. If you are interested PM me and I will get you in touch with the Original owner, yes Original owner of this amazing 1971 Charger R/T 440-6 Pack Automatic beauty.
This is a very early production, August 7 1970, car for the 1971 year. One of the first 1000 serial numbers issued that year at Lynch Road making this one of the very first 178 R/T Six Pack’s made for that year. The car started life as a Chrysler Corporate Car/Executive Lease likely used as a demo for the first 2973 miles until it was acquired by the then and still now licensed Chrysler mechanic who was working at the local chrysler dealership at the time. For all the numbers guys out there this car is 1 of 17 Export 6 pack Charger R/T’s sent to Canada for the year and one of the 178 R/T 6 packs made for the year period.
Every Number in Every Way is Matching….. Vin, Door Sticker, Stampings, Fender Tag, Build Sheet, Window Sticker, Engine, Trans, and more - all match and are Present!
It has approximately 85,000 original miles. One re-paint about 20-22 years ago which shows exceptionally well, original paint in engine bay and trunk etc. Original Engine and transmission were refreshed around 3000 miles ago and new accurate exhaust also installed. This is a car that was driven and enjoyed and taken care of accordingly. Many good memories and stories were made in this car which you can get first hand from the owner.
I could go on and on with details about how well appointed this 440 6 - Pack Charger R/T is like the GW3 white colour and air grabber, and how amazing this car is but it is self explanatory by the pictures.
It is located in Alberta Canada and is being offered at $110,000.00 in USD funds. All memorabilia, documentation, and more are included in the sale.
Please contact me via PM if you are very serious about buying the car and I can answer ‘light’ questions and/or also put you in touch with the owner, he loves to discuss Mopars, Chryco history, and of course his car.. thanks for looking!
