This is 100% complete and ready to go. It was to go on a car I had. The bumper has a little peel on an edge under a tail light. It also has some pitting. It shines very well. From 5 feet it looks great. The tail lights are good with no cracks or damage. The rest of the parts on the unit are also good. All the wiring is there. All the plugs are good. I am asking $700 for it. I prefer local pick up. If it is dissasembled and put into more than one box, it would be able to shipped. I will not sell one light out of it or one bezel off of it. It is for sale as is. It is in south Florida. I can be reached by PM.
