1971 Charger wiper question

Here is photos of the wipers on my 71 Charger currently. I think they are either wrong or a piece is missing on the D/S one? When they go down the D/S arm rubs on the lower revel and scratches it. I am guessing it should have some sort of plastic ramp on the underside of it? I see a hole in the arm that I am guessing something is supposed to attach too? If anyone can help out and tell me if these are the correct wipers and/or if there is something missing I'd be greatly appreciative. Thanks in advance.

D/S wiper. Where the 2 rods are connected. The part closest to the revel on the downward swipe. There is a hole in the middle of that piece. To me it looks like some sort of plastic to act as a bumper or something should be on the underside of it? P/S wiper clears fine.
