True RM 23 car . The body is in good condition, has rust by battery tray, and will need new floor pans. Frame rails are solid as well as trunk floor. Alabama car so it’s sold with a bill of sale only, Alabama did not issue titles before 1974.I have more pictures available. $7,000 . I have most of the interior pieces also
