WTB 1971 Superbee

Looking for a 71 Superbee, must be a WM23 VIN. Looking for a mostly rust free and complete project car, clean daily driver or maybe older resto showing it's age, or perhaps a nicely restored car.

Options I would love on the car are a N96 Ramcharger hood, head away headlights, or Elastomeric bumpers, other options not too important, not interested in Hemi, or 440/6bbl cars, prefer 340, 383 or 440/4bbl powered, Non numbers matching motor/tranny OK. Paint code F7 or F8 Green cars are at the top of my list, but will consider most colors other then the high impact yellow, orange and reds.

Would like as much documentation as possible, build sheet and fender tag etc, but could live with just the fender tag(s)

My name is Bob horman I , with my son have been working on a 1971 dodge super bee. I live in Illinois The car i have for sale is a running 440 engine 4 speed now. originally a red 383 automatic. The car is I believe B5 medium blue with black stripes. I bought the car from my sons friend . he was relocating. car Had no engine trans but was painted . I put in new interior . the bumpers are re plated has good tires chrome rims. the brakes we done last fall and need attention in my opinion. no air grabber hood. regular super hood car has Good Illinois title car runs and engine is completely rebuilt. new clutch. car starts with hot wire to coil. nothing has not done to it since last November. I have to go thru wiring car gets electricy to voltage regulator but not to coil. I believe I can find problem and fix as soon as it gets warm out. Car is missing original air cleaner (i believe should be dual snorkle and original bumper jack. The car is sharp not needing a complete overhaul of the body No rust all original sheetmetal. I know you said the car is B5 Blue now but originally a red car so that would be a deal breaker for me. I appreciate the information about the car though, but I have a few colors that I am really not interested in, most of the High Impact colors in Yellow, Orange and Red just don't appeal to me. ;)
