are they all the same from early 70s...i need a set for my 74 440..these should fit id say

They will fit any 440 but are correct #'s for 72.
With that said if you put them in a 74 b-body with a 440 don't expect the Factory exhaust to hook right up.Maybe it will but maybe it won't.
These are a rare set of "one year" exhaust manifolds.

Are they correct for a 400?

Do you have those odd bolts for the rear "deep" holes?

I'm just window shopping right now, and am on the fence about what to do with my 72, but the info would be nice and I may be interested in the future, if they don't sell quick.

Thanks.

Thanks.

The nuts are readily available from many sources but I may have used ones, these were from my 72 400 4bbl b-body

Nuts? Hmm, do they take studs in those holes??

sleeve nuts.jpgThe heads have studs in them and the manifolds are attached with nuts.
The deep holes are actually deep hollow nuts.

Eww. All my BB cars have been 70 and older and the 70 had headers.

Thanks for the info.

(I should have known the main stud thing, though)

Yikes, that's a LOOONG way for the penetrating oil to penetrate if they are frozen!
