I am looking for the bushings that go through the bottom of the door glass that attach the window to the regulator on a 1973 Satellite. Every kit that I find online is discontinued. I purchased the glass from Classic Industries but the nylon bushings disintegrated during removal. What a pain. If anyone has a lead on where to get the bushings or complete kit I would very much appreciate it. I have noticed that a Plymouth Duster kit is still available. Does anyone know if the bushings are the same? Or anything that will work. Thanks B

Back in the day.....

we used to use rubber plugs with threaded brass inserts.

They are at Lowes in the fastener section.

Similar to a boat hull drain plug.

Not perfect but works if you need it now.

Thank you for the reply. It is not an emergency. I would like to get my wife's truck in the garage for the winter. The only way to do this is to put the Plymouth in the driveway under a cover. I would like to have the window installed for this reason. Did you try the kit for an A body?
Thanks B

Yes. That is the exact kit I've been finding for the last few months. It is discontinued and out of stock everywhere I have looked. Thank you for your reply. My rollers are good. All I need are the grommets that go through the holes at the bottom of the door glass. But I will take complete kit if anyone can find one. Thanks B

Is this what you're looking for?

I know it's made for a GM, but it's reproduction nylon.

Yes, it is the same idea. It is actually a better design than the Mopar version. I will probably have to take the glass in to a glass shop to see if any other brand of sleeves fit tight through the holes in the glass and still fit tight around the screw that holds it to the internal assembly. There is a guy in Phx (2 hrs away) that says that he has a box of used random window parts from different old cars that I can rummage through. I will probably take a leap of faith and buy the kit for the A body. Thank you.
