Testing the waters on my 1979 Chrysler 300. This is a one year only car on the Cordoba/Magnum platform. Only around 5000 were made for this year. The majority of them were white with red interior. This one has been painted Plum Crazy purple. It has Dodge Magnum doors which are a little better looking in my opinion. Body is in great shape. Interior is tattered but all there. Has a brand new 360 with mild cam, Summit intake, Summit 750 carb, and Summit headers. Brand new Speed Pro pistons. Heads have fresh valve job and have been decked. Engine is probably good for about 350 hp. Exhaust is brand new 2.5" with Flowmasters. Has the factory 9 1/4 rear end with 3.23's and a Sure-Grip rearend. This is a console shift automatic. Has steel Nascar style wheels with brand new tires all the way around. Rears are 275/60/15 and the front are 235/60/15. This car is fairly rare and runs and drives great. It is not perfect though. It goes down the road straight and doesnt wear tires but the front could use a rebuild. I am interested in selling outright or trading for something. I am asking $4500.
