2013 hemi swap

I just spot a perfect engine for my project, I've read a lot about the modern hemi swap and for what I've read the 2003 - 2007 are the best engines for this but, today I found and almost new and complete hemi 2013, so can I made the swap to my 68 coronet ? is the wire harness available for this hemi ? pros and cons, thanks in advance guys .
 
Pros are fuel mileage and durability, cons are the fab work and wiring involved. Not sure on the harness situation but you might need gas pedal, shifter, gauge cluster to make it work. You’ll have to do some serious homework
 
Ram truck
I used a 2016 ram truck motor in my 69 road runner. On my motor the throttle body pointed up making it impossible to put any kind of air intake on. So I had to convert it to a forward facing throttle body intake. That included replacing intake manifold, water pump, timing cover, crank dampener, alternator, ac compressor. It just snowballed into a pile of crap I had to do.

Thanks I was very exited about this engine, very few km, and complete at a good price $ 1400, but reading your reply I can see that you replace half the engine to make it work, that and the extra I have to do and buy to make it work, gonna cost me twice the price I pay for the engine and this is a no go for me, sad because I really want this engine any way thank you so much for your reply and share with me all the issues that you face in your swap.

My opinion is to look for a car motor or I think jeep. I'd think you be ahead of the game to start with something more similar to this

Then you need to think about transmissions what do you want to use if your going to try to fit a RFE transmission you will have to do alot of tunnel and cross member modifications if you're going to use the transmission you have in the car there may be adapter kits to do so. But all this information is needed before ordering your wiring harness. So you need to do some homework and decide what you want to do and what parts you are going to use. Once you decide what your going to do, I would recommend for you to call Randy at Bouchillon performance tell him the vehicle you have and what parts you want to put into it and he will definitely let you know what's needed to get you running. And put a invoice together with a quote. He was a a great help with my swap.

thanks I've thinking about it and I already have an A833 but I like the idea of hemi5.7 and what he did with the transmission he put a nv3500 tranny he slightly modified the transmission tunnel and he use the original support for the transmission, the car is going to be a weekend driver, am looking for an engine because the body work is almost done, again beautiful RR:thumbsup:
 
Love what's going on here! this is a 2006 out of a Chrysler 300 with a 2005 truck trans. Both new when installed in 2006
