I had a tough summer with my car but was able to have some success. My two highlights are..I made the semi finals in Nostalgia Super Stock and the Mopar Nats. and I had another semi final in the 32 car no box shootout at the PDRA race at Dragway42. This season definitely was a test of my patience and will to race...lol. Hopefully next summer I can do alot less working on the car and alot more racing.

You didn't ask how my bowling was going.

Here's my season wrap-up.
1. Didn't need to buy new tires.
2. Didn't break anything.
3. Didn't spend a penny on fuel.
4. Didn't lose a single race.
All in all a great year for me.
It's going to be difficult to improve on this for next year.

I posted mid season about my frustrating 5 race 1st rd exit streak. So redundantly, it didn’t go the way I’d hoped. I did finish the season by turning on some winlights, but all in all my driving this year was well below my expectations. I did race more than ever before though, and didn’t break anything on the Satellite. The car went new bests, cutting nearly 3-tenths off of last years best performance. I had a lot of fun with my main racing buddy and met a lot of nice people.

All in all.... it was fun! And that’s why I race.

I had a pretry good year. Had some charging issues that cost me race. As always fighting tire spin. Worked on reducing red lights. Last year I lost 6 straight races going .010 red or less. This year only 2 red light losses in 14 races. Managed a .030 R/T average on foot brake. Only 6 passes with a r/t above .050 all year. One failed part, a ring & pinion which was caught before it broke. We ran 14 races, 83 passes.
4 wins
2 semis
1 5th rd loss, breakout by .002
2 4th rd losses

Dont make changes to make the car faster halfway throug the season.
It's hell to relearn the tree and cut a light over again

2 wins, 1 runner up, and a hand full of semi finals... And one jet deciding to back itself out of my carb! 120+ passes
