22" Radiator Fan Shroud Question

Good evening. Wondering if anyone has a diagram or explanation of the orientation
of the 1/4-20 cage nuts that are used in the radiator side straps for attaching the fan
shroud. Thank you. RR

MY bad. 1963 B-body Plymouth, big block radiator, adding fan shroud. RR

perhaps contact GlenRay radiators in Wisconsin, for the life of me I couldn't figure it out so I drove up there and had them install mine, I believe there's a secret to it.
