Spring is here and the 7yr resto on the 68 Bee is coming to an end. Recently I have had to return TWO radiators back to YO for not being correct. They keep sending me a 26" This was a numbers matching car when I received it and it had a 22". I am looking for a 22" 3 core for a 68 Bee, 383. I am wanting to keep the original look and not wanting a race style aluminum. Any help would be appreciated, as of now the original is all blocked up and causing the newly built 383 to overheat.

Cool Craft has a nice selection and easy to navigate website.

why don't you re-core what you have? as long as the top and brackets are good it can be re-cored. i have a '69 r/t that came with a 22" and it was a 2 row not 3 from the factory. there were some 3 rows but not sure what they came on; maybe small black a/c? it is possible to put a 3 row core in the existing brackets and top tank. 4 row needs a thicker 2 5/8" bottom tank vs the 2" for a 2 or 3 row.

I have thought about re-core. lweto184, anyone around you that you would recommend?

i've used West's Radiators on south Harding street in indinapolis. i haven't been there in a few years but a lot of folks use them. the limiting factor for how many rows you can get is the width of the bottom tank. my 69 r/t always runs hot and i tried a lot of different cores with it. last year a bought a new 4 row from U.S. Radiator. expensive, but works a little better.
