Right, but is that hole there in a car that came with lap belts is the question.My 70 RR had a shoulder belt. It was attached directly to the roof through the headliner. You have to find the threaded hole for it. There was also a bracket that stored the loose end, so the shoulder belt was basically stretched out above the window when not in use ( which it never was). If your car has lap belts only, you have to change/add the lower seat belts for lower belts with the shoulder belt part. View attachment 849182
