318 Poly 3-Duece Intake wanted

I was on a web site a short time ago and there was a guy on there saying he was thinking about making new 3-2's intake manifolds for the 318 Poly engine. I wrote down the name as Ray Bell. Does anyone know of him? I have been looking for a 3-Duece intake for quite some time. I would like to find if he is making them.
