SOLD 383 Air Grabber air cleaner housing assembly VG condition $400 OBO

This is a very nice original air cleaner assembly for a 71-72 B Body with the N96 air grabber option. It is for a 383 engine and will not work with a 440 because they are different bases. It has a very small dent that can be worked out pretty easily. I tried to take a few close up pictures to show how small it is. Asking 400 or best offer plus $40 for shipping to the lower 48.

I probably should have washed the base before taking the photos. The underside has a lot of dirt / debris on it and don't do the part any justice.

i just got me a air grabber hood..and that cleaner would be awesome on my 70..

Nice!!! I just replied to your PM. I just want to make sure you have a 383 in your car. This air cleaner base will not clear your hood if you are running a 440. I don't want to sell you something you can't use.

The 440 used a shorter base at the carb inlet air horn because its a "raised block".

They are making repo 440 bases but to my knowledge no one makes one for a 383 car.

My mothers side of the family is in Western KY near Bowling Green. Small world .....
