Up for sale is a TCI 4,500 rpm stall torque converter for a 727. Ran it in my race car for a little while.

Correction:TCI 143508 is stamped on the converter, it's not a B&M.

What company is the converter?

It's a TCI converter. 4.56 gears minimum to run this kind of stall.
